Shipping policy

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders received before 12pm are dispatched the same day excluding weekends.

Orders are shipped with Royal Mail Special Delivery, your signature is required on delivery. If you are not able to sign please notify us when making your order. 

Important Note:

We are not responsible for refunds or returns where you were not availible  to sign for delivery. Caviar is perishable which is why we send it Special Delivery. 

NEXT DAY DELIVERY 

Whilst all parcels are shipped next day delivery, they are not guaranteed as is standard with all UK couriers. We pack all items for a minimum 48 hr delivery expecting it to be received within 24 hour. If you need a guaranteed next day service please indicate when ordering. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

We ship internationally via DHL on an express delivery service. Please contact us for costs to your location. 

PACKAGING

The caviar is placed in thermal retentive envelopes with reusable gel packs or a small polystyrene box with cardboard outer with reusable gel packs.This ensures correct temperature on delivery and allows for a delay with shipping. It is common for the gel packs to have partially or fully defrosted, they are only ever frozen to -2 degrees to ensure the caviar is fresh and not frozen, so some defrosting is to be expected. If your product is delayed for more than 48 hours after shipping please contact us.
